Itinerary

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, our team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Shillong which is capital of Meghalaya and the charming hill station of Meghalaya. Enjoy a scenic 4-hour drive, soaking in the breath-taking views along the way, including the picturesque Barapani Lake, which is the largest artificial lake in Meghalaya, It is also known as Umiam Lake. This serene journey sets the tone for your nature-filled adventure. Checkin at your pre booked the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, you will proseed to Cherrapunjee which is famously known as one of the wettest places of the world, located just 60 km away. Along the way, explore numerous waterfalls, limestone caves, and natural wonders. Visit the breathtaking Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Thangkharang Park. Don't miss the scenic views of Elephanta Falls and Shillong Peak. In the evening return to Shillong. Return back to the hotel for night-stay at Shillong.

Start your day with a visit to Mawlynnong Village, acclaimed as the cleanest village in Asia, nestled in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, and It is also kwons as ‘God’s own garden’. Experience the village's natural beauty and eco-tourism attractions. Next, proceed to Dawki, a charming town in the Jaintia Hills known for its clear Umngot River. Enjoy a thrilling drive through deep gorges and ravines. Return to Shillong in the evening and spend the night at the hotel.

Arise to a wholesome breakfast and checkout from the hotel. Now, you will be moving to Guwahati. On the way, you will be visiting Ward’s Lake and Cathedral Catholic Church (if not visited on Day 1). Thereafter, you will be heading to Don Bosco Museum for an insightful visit. Later, continue to Guwahati. Once you reach, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the day at leisure. If you want, you can go shopping at the local markets. After a day well-spent, come back to the hotel for a relaxing sleep.

Seek blessings of the goddess early morning today at Kamakhya Temple, followed by offering prayers at Tirupati Balaji Temple and Umananda Temple.
