1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Package Information:

  • All packages are customizable fixed departures.
  • The advertised itinerary may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God.
  • Confirmation will only be received upon full payment.

1.2 Communication:

  • All communication regarding bookings, amendments, or complaints must be made in writing.

1.3 Hotel Policy:

  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Children below 5 years can stay for free in a parent’s room without an extra bed or meals (milk/meal charges apply).
  • Additional charges may apply for using hotel amenities like the games room, spa, disco, gym, mini bar, telephone, room heater etc.
  • Similar hotels will be provided if the chosen hotel is unavailable.

1.4 Transportation:

  • Taxis will be used as per the itinerary. Extra charges apply for exceeding designated timings or off-route destinations.

1.5 Guest Responsibility:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles, or for any disruptions caused by illegal activity, violent behavior, or conflicts with others.
  • Guests are solely responsible for bearing penalty charges for such actions.

1.6 Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • Zoyo Trip Holidays is not liable for extra costs due to natural calamities, political disturbances, government regulations, or any situations beyond their control.
  • The company may also alter the tour itinerary due to such circumstances.

1.7 Services:

  • Guests can only avail services mentioned in the booking voucher.
  • Meal timings must be followed as per the hotel’s instructions. Packages with meals will have fixed menus (buffet or room service).
  • Transfers must be followed as per the transporter’s instructions.
  • Complimentary services (if not provided) cannot be claimed in cash or as alternative services.
  • Zoyo Trip Holidays is not responsible for missed flights, meals, transfers, or any other un-availed services due to no-shows.

1.8 Documentation:

  • Screenshots of ID proof and payment receipt are required for the confirmation letter.
  • Guests must carefully review and approve the confirmation voucher within 24 hours of issuance.
  • Carry all necessary documents (confirmation voucher, ID proof, travel tickets, permits, visa, passport) during check-in/check-out.

1.9 Disclaimer:

  • Zoyo Trip Holidays is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
  • Complaints regarding the tour must be notified within 7 days after the tour completion.

2. Refund Policy:

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • The token amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
  • No refunds will be given for missed or unused services.
  • Zoyo Trip Holidays reserves the right to cancel your booking if the required advance payment is not received.
  • They may also withhold refunds if a client engages in illegal activity or violent behavior.

2.1 Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone):

  • Amendments must be communicated in writing at least 15 days before the travel date.
  • The first postponement/preponement is free of charge. Subsequent changes will incur a 15% fee on the total tour package cost.
  • Changes within 15 days of the travel date are not accepted except in cases of force majeure or political disturbances.
  • The validity of postponed packages is 1 year from the booking date.
  • The invoice is transferable, but the terms and conditions apply to the new traveler.
  • Some service providers may charge prepone/postpone fees even after meeting the above requirements.

3. Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising from Zoyo Trip Holidays packages will be settled in the courts and tribunals of Kullu (District Kullu of H.P in India).
